Wild, Wise & Whole is a podcast for women who feel the call to slow down, soften, and come back into relationship with their bodies.
Hosted by Lydia, a Somatic Psychotherapist, body-based specialist, and founder of The Reverence Method™. This podcast is rooted in the belief that healing is not something to fix or force, but something that unfolds through safety, presence, and deep respect for the body’s wisdom. Lydia’s work blends therapeutic depth with embodied, intuitive, and cyclical ways of understanding the female experience.
