Ep 95: Unlocking the Secrets of the Female Nervous System with Erin Logan (the.hum coaching)
This week, I'm back with another amazing guest episode. I'm joined by Erin, a somatic coach who works with women on relational attachment, cycle, and nervous system healing. In this episode, we discuss the link between the female body and nervous system health, which is fundamentally missing from much of the nervous system space. We geek out and chat about the intricate relationship between a woman's cycle, and how each phase can be worked with somatically to enhance trauma healing, embodiment and nervous system health.
We discuss how to break patterns of shame, the role of oxytocin in regulation, hormone fluctuations and the necessity of pleasure and joy in healing.
Erin is a wonderful somatic coach and you can find her at @the.humm on Instagram or https://www.thehumcoaching.com
